The bread was ok, but tasteless. The commercial gluten-free bread I buy uses a variety of grains to provide texture and taste.
The bread was not all that good. However what was even worse was that the mix didn't have directions for a bread machine. All it said was "use your bread machine instructions". One of the reasons I like Prepared Pantry is their very nice mixes with good directional steps.
You have to use dairy to make it. The recipes aren’t correct.
My husband has to eat GF. He said the bread was very good & not as crumbly as GF bread usually is
