Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within two business days (except on weekends and holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday can be expected to ship within 1–3 business days. For questions, call 208-745-7892. During the holiday season, there may be delays with order processing and shipping.
Shipping Times
The chart below will give you estimated times for transportation. We currently only offer Economy shipping options that may use services from USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping times are business days only. These times are just an estimate and can vary depending on carrier volume. During the holiday season, anticipate additional carrier delays.
Customer Pick-Up
Customer Pick-Up is available for local customers. Most orders are ready within 24 hours of placing the order and sooner if the order is placed before the 7:30 AM Mountain Time processing cut off time. We will email you as soon as the order is ready to be picked up. Pick up orders at the east window. See signs for Customer Pick Up. Customer Pick-Up orders must be collected within 30 days of being ready. After 30 days, unclaimed orders will be refunded.
APO, AK, HI, PR, Guam, and VI
Applies to those addresses using a US Postal Service Zip Code. Orders shipped USPS, typically in Flat-Rate Postal Boxes. Expected total delivery time varies. See shipping prices at checkout.
