Rum Raisin Oat Cookie Mix
A big batch of very good cookies, moist and chewy and loaded with rum raisins.
These are great everyday cookies, something that won't make you feel guilty. And with oats and raisins, you can eat one and stop. They're just a good midday snack.
Thirty-six cookies are a lot of cookies, especially if you're eating them one at a time. Consider baking some and freezing some.
Make 36 dough balls. Bake 12 of them and put the rest in a flat plastic container with a lid and freeze them. When you're ready for another batch, get another dozen out, let them thaw, and bake them.

- Are they easy to make? Yes, they're drop cookies from a mix. You add butter and eggs.
