It's easy to make—just cook it until it turns to a caramel color. You'll have two cups of splendid syrup. Store the leftovers in the refrigerator. Reheat it in the microwave. It's perfect every time.
Buttermilk syrup is basically a caramel, a caramel with a bit of butterscotch. You can put caramel on almost any flavor of ice cream, and it's good. Caramel with a sweet fruity taste in the background is fantastic. It might remind you of caramel apples, but this is better.
You and your family owe it to yourself to try this caramel syrup. If they like caramel apples, they'll love it.
Try this on everything from waffles to banana splits.

It’s spiced, you so you have to like that flavor and it was nice to try to try it but I wouldn’t buy it.
Definitely pear tasting, not so much Carmel, which I was hoping for the opposite. Easy to make. Would classify as pear syrup.
