They were right. And then we discovered that adding cinnamon chips made them even better. Don't replace the cinnamon-sugar-butter filling; add cinnamon chips to the filling.

How do they work?

These cinnamon chips are fat-based, like chocolate chips. They melt in the oven and give you little pockets of melted cinnamon instead of ground cinnamon. The blend includes strong Vietnamese cinnamon, so the flavor is brighter, bolder, and lasts longer in every bite.

Pro Tip!

If the recipe calls for cinnamon, add cinnamon chips too. The extra cinnamon is a bonus. It's hard to have too much good cinnamon, especially if it's paired with other flavors like bananas, apples, or pumpkins.
