How To Bake

These chocolate haystack no-bake cookies are chocolaty good. They are easy to make and never fail to please. But be careful; one is never enough. Don't put them out unless you want them eaten.

When I dug through our annals, I found lots of no-bake cookie recipes, including two chocolate peanut butter cookie recipes. I remembered them both as being very good so I included both. They've both been with us for a long time but they're both very good. One is made with cocoa and the other with chocolate chips. You'll like both.

Gee, I love our customers. They have the best ideas. And they're generous enough to share them.
One of our customers, Angie, shared how she makes a cookie mix last a month--or longer. It works.

Last week I was in a restaurant an ordered Strawberry Roasted Red Beet Salad. It was very good. The produce was fresh. The strawberries were halved. the red beats were cut in 3/4-inch cubes, and the chicken was grilled and sliced.
The salad was served on arugula, any greens would do, and with a sweet, thick vinaigrette. The oil in the vinaigrette was olive oil.
