I really like this mix, easy to use and love the taste as well as easy to bake, I put my homemade apple filling, rolled them up and stored them in the frig until ready to eat, they held their shape and texture perfectly
I have not tried the crepes yet, but everything I have gotten so far we totally love especially love the sourdough bread mixes. Still waiting to try the fruit pancake mixes that are always out of stock, please let me know when you have more!
