The pannekoeken is a Dutch tradition — a thin batter poured into a hot pan that climbs the walls under steam pressure, rising 8 to 10 inches into a dramatic golden cup. No leavening. Just steam, heat, and a mix that's been perfected for exactly this.

This kit includes two pannekoeken mixes and two of our famous caramelly buttermilk syrups — Old Fashioned and Butter Rum.
