How to Make Cream-Filled Cupcakes
Your Bavarian Cream bag has a tapered end. Clip off the tip. You're now ready to fill cupcakes.
You don't need to cut a hole in the cupcake; just poke the tip of the bag into the center of the cupcake and squeeze as below. The cupcake will swell as filled, and if you are holding the cupcake, you'll feel a change in heft. It may surprise you how much Bavarian cream can go into a cupcake.
If you are making a batch, work quickly down the row, filling each cupcake. After a little practice, you can fill two hundred cupcakes in an hour.
You are now ready to frost your cupcakes.
