Lemon Meringue Pancake and Waffle Mix (32 oz)

These pancakes really do taste like lemon pie. The taste is sweet and distinctive, but not so strong that it wouldn't match up with your favorite syrup. They also make for crisp waffles that are a nice treat if you're looking for something different. They still need a syrup or jam though. Maple syrup works well but blueberry syrup and lemon is a classic combination.

Ingredients: Pastry flour, lemon filling mix (sugar, food starch-modified, dextrose, monocalcium phosphate, fumaric acid, disodium phosphate, carrageenan, maltodextrin, salt, natural flavor, titanium dioxide (as color), yellow 6 and yellow 5, soy lecithin, and silicon dioxide), sugar, buttermilk, flavors, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. This mix contains wheat and dairy products and may contain traces of soy, eggs, tree nuts or peanuts.
