Gingerbread Cinnamon Chip Pancake Mix (large 32 oz.)
- A light, sweet gingerbread in an airy, tender pancake
- Sweet and mild, not harsh at all
- Loaded with cinnamon chips for a burst of cinnamon in every bite
- The perfect blend of cinnamons with a ginger background--more cinnamon than ginger (I especially like the Vietnamese cinnamon in these pancakes.)

These are very good pancakes. We developed them relatively recently, and we don't have many reviews, but please trust me, they are very good.
If you don't like them as much as I do, I'll give you your money back. This is one of my favorite pancakes.
Serve these pancakes with maple syrup, vanilla or cinnamon cream syrup, peach syrup, or any of the berry syrups. Blueberry syrup with gingerbread is a classic combination. Our lemon syrup on these pancakes is incredible.
(Obviously, I love these pancakes with almost any syrup. I forgot buttermilk syrup which is fantastic on these pancakes.)
These are fun pancakes to explore and especially fun to share with your friends. It's a different experience for them.
