You can do the same thing with these reusable bread proofing bags. Bread proofing bags are ideal for proofing bread, rolls, and pastries--any yeast dough. Simply place the dough in the bag and close it. The bag traps moisture and heat for an ideal "greenhouse" environment--perfect for light, airy bread. There are no drafts and no plastic stretched over a pan or bowl holding the bread down. It will rise higher with lighter, nicer bread.

They are much handier than greasing plastic and stretching it over the dough--no fuss and no mess.  The virgin poly bags are clear, so you can watch the dough rise, and large enough to accommodate an entire batch of bread or a baking sheet of rolls.  Simply place the dough--either the bowl or pans--in the bag and seal it with a twist tie.  When you are through, fold the bag and store it in the cupboard.
You may also use these bags for storing flour, sugar, and other ingredients. The bags are large enough to use with 50-pound bags of flour. (Flour will stale and dry out if left open to the air.)

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
