- 4-5 slices of baked cinnamon chip banana bread cut into cubes (about 5-6 cups)
- 2 cups milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon Madagascar vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Set the oven to 350 degrees.
- Whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Place the bread cubes into an 8x8-inch butteered casseeerole dish.
- Pour the egg mixture over the top.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden and set.
Serve warm with caramel sauce or a scoop of ice cream.
