⭐ Bread of the Week — Our Best-Selling Focaccia
Focaccia sounds impressive. It's actually easier than pizza.
Mix it in your stand mixer. Pat it into a 15-inch pizza pan. Walk away for an hour. Open the Italian seasoning packet — it comes right in the box — stir it into olive oil, and drizzle it over the bread. Fifteen minutes in the oven. That's it.
Ten minutes to prep the dough in your stand mixer, then pat it into a 15-inch pan. Let it rest and rise for an hour. Before baking, mix the herb and spice packet — it comes right in the box — into olive oil. Dimple the dough with your fingertips and pour the oil over it. It fills every dimple. Stick it in the oven for 15 minutes.
What comes out is a gorgeous, deeply flavorful 15-inch focaccia — the perfect dipping bread. Pull it apart at the table with marinara, roasted garlic oil, or anything you like. It disappears fast.

Customer Questions
- What is focaccia bread? It's an Italian flatbread baked in a round or rectangular pan. It's dimpled and brushed with olive oil.
- How does this compare to authentic bakeries in Italy? It doesn't. We simplified it. But it's quick and easy and tastes really good. Check the reviews.
- What's different? It's not as airy or crusty.
- If this is so easy, tell me how to do it. Mix the dough with a dough hook. Pat it into a 15-inch pan and let it rise. Dimple it with your fingers — it's kind of fun. Mix the herb and spice packet with olive oil, pour it over the bread so it fills the dimples, and bake.
- What makes this so quick? You only let it rise once, not twice like a loaf. And it's super quick to bake.
- How do you use it? It's incredibly versatile — load it like a pizza, split it for sandwiches, use it like breadsticks, or tear it apart for dipping.
- What do you dip it in? Anything. I most often dip it in marinara. Roasted garlic oil is wonderful, and so is a cheese sauce. You'll find recipes below.
- Will my kids like it? If your kids like breadsticks or sandwiches, they will.
- Is it hard to make? No, it's extremely simple. Instructions are included.
- How long does it take? Let the bread rise until puffy, about 45 minutes to an hour. Then bake for 15 minutes.
- What pans do you use? I usually use a 15-inch pizza pan, but a baking sheet or large frying pan works too.

"I was in a restaurant with Merri Ann and ordered a Strawberry and Roasted Beet Salad with Chicken. It was served with focaccia that was well-baked with lots of olive oil and seasonings. That made the salad even better."

- 1 teaspoon medium coarse sea salt

- Chop herbs and Parmesan in a blender until finely chopped. Add olive oil.
- Spread mixture on the parchment-lined baking sheet.

- Add more olive oil at serving time as desired.
