How do you make these cookies last three weeks?

Make three batches, about a dozen each.

Make the dough balls and put them in a plastic container in the freezer.

When you're ready for another batch, remove a dozen dough balls from the freezer and place them on a baking sheet. When the doughballs thaw, stick them in the oven. (If you put them in early, they will take longer to bake.)

Preso! Three batches of cookies in three weeks. When you want them!

How to make those giant cookies you see in the cookie shops.

This will tell you how to do it.  This article will tell you how to make larger cookies and how to control cookie spread.

If you like fudgy chocolate, try these cookies.

Excellent Cookie. This cookie is very tasty, and the texture is good. I like it because it is not overly sweet.--Sonjia
