The Delicious 9-Grain Blend

Start the day off right with this cracked grain cereal blend. Made with nine cracked grains: red wheat, soft white wheat, barley, oats, corn, millet, flax seeds, hulled barley, and rye — this healthy cereal blend is packed with enough protein and fiber to give you sustaining energy throughout the day.

Make Multigrain Bread

For healthy flavor, texture, and fiber, add this cracked whole grain blend to your favorite bread recipe. The grains are small enough that when added to bread, they soften in baking into small, chewy, wholesome nuggets to make a delicious bread. Use 1/3 cup or a little more of dry cereal per loaf.

How to Cook

Bring 1½ cups of water to a boil. Add ½ cup of cracked wheat and ¼ tsp salt if desired. Return to a boil, then reduce to low and simmer for about 20 minutes. Leftover cooked cereal keeps in the refrigerator. Uncooked cereal stores well in a cool, dry pantry.
