How to Add Cinnamon Chips to Your Favorite Recipes
Use the following amounts to add them to breads, muffins, cookies, and pancakes. Always add them right at the end of the mixing or kneading process.
- For pancakes, add 2/3 cup for each pound of pancake mix
- For yeast breads, add 3/4 cup per loaf
- For cookies, add 1 1/2 to 2 cups per 4 dozen batch
- For muffins, add 1 cup per twelve muffins
- For a sheet cake, add 1 to 1 1/2 cups per large cake

These are great to add a little “punch” to your baking. My grandkids like them in pancakes. I add a Tbl for each cup of flour in my recipe. They are a hit. I like the fact they are mini chip size so they don’t overwhelm. I also like the fact that cinnamon is actually one of the ingredients. Check the label on other chips.
My wife and daughter put them in their dough for making rolls and when it is baking the smell is so amazing and the taste is incredible when they are done.
