• Why do you say to store the loaf in the refrigerator? It's like magic. The flavors seem to meld and mature and the cake holds together with hardly any crumbs.  
• I see you make sandwiches with banana bread. Really? Oh, yes. My favorite is strawberry cream cheese on banana bread. The kids will love PB&J on banana bread.
• One more question: Does this make a full-sized loaf? Yes, it makes a large 9-inch by 5-inch loaf.
