Chocolate Mousse Frappe
- 1 oz. Torani Mocha Frozen Coffee Blend
- 1/2 oz. Torani Chocolate Milano Syrup
- 1/4 oz. Torani French Vanilla Syrup
- 6 oz. milk
- 2 shots espresso*, chilled
- 2 cups ice
Combine espresso*, milk, ice and Torani in a blender pitcher and blend until smooth. *If needed, 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee can be substituted for 2 shots espresso.
Hot Fudge Topping
- 1/2 cup Torani Chocolate Milano syrup
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- Pinch salt
- 2 oz. (1/4 cup) un-sweetened chocolate, chopped
In a double boiler, melt all ingredients. Heat until mixture thickens, stirring occasionally. Store in the refrigerator and reheat in a double boiler when ready to serve Makes 1 1/2 cups.
