Make Burgers Easier with the Stuffed Burger Press
Let the stuffed burger press do the hard work for you. You don't have to worry about using too much meat, making the burgers uneven, over-stuffing your burgers, or especially not sealing your burger properly.
It's a life-saver.
The stuffed burger press will also make your burgers uniform in size and thickness, so they will cook evenly.
Just 3 Easy Steps
Step 1: Fill the Burger Press:
Divide the meat into equal portions (we use 6 ounces per patty), split the portions in half, and press a half into either side of the burger press.
Step 2: Stuff the Burger
Use the insert to flatten the patties on either side of the press and form a pocket. Place cheese or desired fillings in this pocket.
Step 3: Seal the Burger
Using the burger press, firmly press the two patties together, sealing in the fillings. Use the excess meat from the sides to further seal the edges and shape the burger. Gently lift your burger out of the press and cook it to your preferences. Enjoy!
What Is a Stuffed Burger?
You can think of a stuffed burger as an inside out burger as you stuff all of your favorite toppings between two patties and press them together before cooking the burger on the grill. How cool is that? The best part is you can get as creative as you want with these stuffed burgers.
How to Make Cantina Stuffed Burgers
To make magnificent stuffed burgers, make two thin burger patties, layer the cheese and other preferred goodies in between the two patties, and seal them carefully together.
Cantina Stuffed Burger Recipe
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup preferred cheese (blocked cheese melts best)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
To make the burgers with a stuffed burger press:
- Divide the meat into 6-ounce portions and form them into balls. If using the burger press, split the balls in half and press a half into either side of the burger press.
- Use the insert to flatten the patties on either side of the burger press. It will also make an indent or pocket in the meat to place the cheese.
- Use the stuffed burger press to seal the edges of the patties together. You will have excess meat falling out the edges as you press. You can use this to further seal in the filling by pressing it into shape with your fingers.
