So what makes this so great?
It really is made with buttermilk. But buttermilk is acidic, very tangy, not what you want on your pancakes. But if you take all the acid out, it's smooth and caramelly with butterscotch tones, a complex and delightful flavor.
Our method removes all the acid to catch every bit of that smooth, rich flavor. Then we sweeten it to make the perfect syrup.
Old Fashioned Buttermilk captures all that caramel and butterscotch flavor. Coconut syrup is combination of coconut and caramel. Delightful. The only flavor that doesn't have that underlying caramel flavor is the lemon. It tastes like lemon pie, a very good syrup on pancakes, ice cream, or a dessert.

Shelf life: 24 months.
Refrigerate any unused syrup and use within two months.
