We recommend our lemon syrup mix and our lemon pastry filling. The two-pound lemon pastry filling is enough for approximately nine batches (three mixes). Use leftover filling to fill cupcakes, a layer cake, to make stuffed French toast, or to serve with pancakes or waffles.

Ingredients for the aebleskiver: Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), sugar, poppy seeds, buttermilk (dry cultured skim milk), baking powder, natural and artificial flavors, and salt. This mix contains wheat and dairy products and may contain traces of soy, eggs, or tree nuts.
Ingredients for the lemon syrup: Sugar, corn syrup solids, lemon (sugar, modified starch, monocalcium phosphate, fumaric acid, disodium phosphate, carrageenan, maltodextrin, salt, flavor, titanium dioxide, yellow 6 and yellow 5, soy lecithin, and silicone dioxide), and citric acid. This mix contains soy and may contain wheat and traces of eggs or tree nuts.
