This is our quickest and easiest bread. Mix with your stand-type mixer, bread machine, or by hand, press it into a pan, let rise, top with the herbs, and bake. You'll have a great focaccia in the oven in less than an hour. Whoever thought that you could make such a great Italian bread so easily?

We serve this in our store with a little cup of spaghetti sauce or marinara and people love it. And it's one of our favorite sandwich bread: Split and loaded with your favorite meats and cheeses, it makes fantastic focaccia sandwiches.
