They don't cut butter or shortening into the flour and never have a hard or tough crust. Amazing.
And they don't make their own Bavarian cream. They get it premade from that same supplier.
So you can make the same professional pies that they make at the bake shop.

Three easy steps to perfect banana pies
Step 1. Mix the crust. Use our just-add-water professional mix and mix for one minutes. Follow the directions on the package.
Ingredients for the pie crust: Enriched wheat flour bleached (flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (soybean oil), salt, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate, mono and diglycerides, citric acid. This product contains wheat, and soy, and may contain traces of peanuts, milk, tree nuts, and eggs.
