They're incredibly versatile! The one shown here is made with blackberries, peaches, and red current jelly.  You can even add pastry filling! The one at the top has a cherry filling atop a cream cheese pastry filling.

    We've included ten recipes including Caramel Apple Nut and Mango (or peach) Coconut Cream.

    "I love the fruit combinations--especially with a dollop of caramel whipped cream. I love to experiment. I add nuts, extra fruit, or even some ice cream topping. Caramel pear made with fresh pears and caramel ice cream topping is my favorite."

    • It's a base mix--the fruit is not included. Since you can use whatever fruit is in season or in your refrigerator, you'll want to make these cobblers often.
