This is not a spicy bread but a country white loaf, a cousin to a French bread with a chewy crust, a yeasty flavor, and an open crumb.
Try this Italian artisan loaf.
Ingredients: Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), wheat flour, wheat gluten, salt, soy oil, and yeast. Contains less than 2% artificial flavor, calcium propionate, lactic acid, fumeric acid, acelic acid, potassium iodate, enzymes, and dough conditioner (added for better baking ((wheat flour(flour, reduced iron, niacin (vitamin B3), thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), folic acid), wheat gluten and 2% or less of each of the following: hydrolyzed wheat gluten, enzymes (contains wheat), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), and organic wheat starch.
