You don't have to cut butter or shortening into the flour with a pastry blender. These really are quick and simple.
Add biscuits to your table as good as any diner!
I often cut my biscuits like scones into squares triangles so that I don't have drop to rework into more biscuits. Try patting your dough into a circle and cut wedges like a pie, using the edges of your knife to press against the edges and create straight edges.
Now your biscuits are almost as easy as making toast.
Since baking takes ten or twelve minutes, allow yourself about 15 minutes and you'll have hot biscuits fresh from the oven.
Put several of these in your cart, add water, and make perfect biscuits.
