Editor's notes: This is a larger ricer than the Everyday Potato Ricer or the Heavy Duty Ricer and is constructed of stainless steel while the Everyday Ricer is triple chrome plated and the Heavy Duty Ricer is tinned. All are sturdy units and will give you many years of service. The Commercial Ricer is the nicest of the three. The sieve holes are about the same in all three.
