It's pannekoeken, called Dutch babies, a cousin to German Pancakes. Originally, they were served with sauted apples. Most are eaten like pancakes with syrup--but there are hundreds of ways to serve them.
They taste good, are exciting to make, and only bakes for eleven minutes.
Pannekoeken are used for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For lunch, use steamed veggies and a a white sauce or cheese. For dinner, use poatoes and gravy, ala a shepard's pie, taco fixings, turkey ala king--whatever.
