Don’t stop and cook the meat! Cooking the meat will take at least half the meal prep time. Use precooked meat instead:
- Cooked Ham
- Leftover Chicken or Turkey
- Meat from the deli or our freezer

The USDA says that you can keep leftover cooked ham in your refrigerator for no more than five days. It can be frozen for one to two months. Plan your meals for the next few days and freeze the rest.
