Make your own stuffed burgers with a stuffed burger press!
Divide the meat into equal portions (we use 6 ounces per patty), split the portions in half and press a half into either side of the burger press.
Use the insert to flatten the patties on either side of the press and form a pocket. Place cheese or desired fillings in this pocket.
Using the burger press, firmly press the two patties together, sealing in the fillings. Use the excess meat from the sides to further seal the edges and shape the burger. Gently lift your burger out of the press and cook it to your preferences. Enjoy!
Taco Tuesday just became a burger. With this Tex-Mex burger, you get all of your favorite flavors of a typical taco mixed into a burger and stuffed with zesty Monterey Jack cheese and guacamole.
With the blue cheese mixed with cream cheese, the result is a delightfully creamy filling without so much of the power from the blue cheese. And of course, you can never go wrong with mixing in some crispy, savory bacon.
Take all of your favorite flavors from Thai food, mix them into the patty along with Thai Sweet Chili Sauce to give it an extra kick, and fill the burger with your favorite cheese. The result will be an absolute masterpiece.
One of the best party appetizers has got to be jalapeno poppers. Now we’ve turned them into a stuffed burger. A punch of heat in every bite being tamed by the savory and sweet cream cheese melted in the middle. Spice it up even more by using fresh diced jalapenos and pairing the burger with a spiced burger bun.
