In this recipe, we took our best Montana stone ground wheat and added just the right amount of high protein bread flour and milk. The result is a tempting loaf that is tender and moist with the nutty taste of fresh ground wheat. It's richer and better tasting than most whole wheat breads.  Your family will love this bread.
