Good morning ${token1},

What are you doing for your mother? Consider giving her something lovely, scrumptious, and loaded with chocolate. Or maybe some great kitchen tools, something different that she would love to have.

In this issue, you will find easy-to-make treats plus gifts for Mother’s Day:

Have a great day.

The Last Day! Don’t miss the chocolate sale.

It’s the last day. The sale ends Tuesday at midnight.

Chocolate begins to melt at 91 to 96 degrees. Soon, you will want to ship air rather than ground to avoid soft chips in hot weather. But that costs more. So stock up for the summer and save up to 40%!

Don’t buy chocolates—make buckeyes!

Think chocolate peanut butter cups—only better. This is a great candy to give as a gift and very easy to make.

But what’s a buckeye? For those of us who do not live in Ohio, a buckeye is a type of tree that produces a round little fruit with nut-like seeds.

But a buckeye candy is a dollop of peanut butter fudge dipped in chocolate with a bit of peanut butter peering out. (Kids will get a kick out of these eyeball-looking confections.)
