We have thoroughly tested this roaster and it works for the most moist, tender chicken you have ever experienced. 

Fill the reservoir on the infuser with water, juice, or the beverage of your choice--cider, beer, or pop.  Just pop the top and set it in the hodlder.  Add spices or herbs if you choose.  The hot steam permeates the meat, tenderizes it, and makes it moist and succulent. 

This vertical roaster holds the bird up where the heat can get to all sides for an evenly roasted, tender chicken.  The drippings fall in the pan below.

Editors note: In our test kitchen, cider and juice only flavored the meat a little. But we loved this product for the moist, succulent meat it produced.
