Toast
is the ultimate I’m-in-a-hurry breakfast. It’s also one
of the most versatile. You can toast bread from sweet to savory and
white to whole grain. You can toast English muffins and bagels. And
there are hundreds of goodies you can top your toast with. If you top
your toast with a healthy spread, your quick breakfast can be healthy
breakfast.
Try
cheese or thinly sliced deli meat on toast as a quick and easy breakfast.
Spread a little cream cheese on your toast and top it with a slice of
fruit or jam. We like peanut butter or peanut butter and cream cheese
on toast. Or try peanut butter and raisins or peanut butter and sliced
bananas on toast.
Here
