I really enjoy the cinnamon from the Prepared Pantry. It is ground very fine and packaged beautifully. I gave bags of cinnamon as Christmas presents and my family and friends were delighted as we are trying to incorporate more cinnamon into our diets for the health benefits. I’m no expert, but based on what I’ve read, this is the type of cinnamon you are looking to purchase for the health benefits. Ceylon cinnamon is the only true cinnamon. "Ceylon cinnamon is typically more expensive than any of the cassia versions, and it is also the cinnamon more closely associated with potential health benefits involving blood sugar regulation."
