Square is cool!

I love this pan. It works so well for any shaped dessert and particularly for cheesecake. I can loosen when cool and then refasten and add toppings and cover and take to my destination. When there, the springform is removed and, even is some of the topping slides down, that wonderful lip around the bottom catches every drip and looks lovely! And that lip means no butter drips in the oven when pre-cooking the crumb crust. I use this all the time now and can't even remember the last time I got out my round pan.
