This seasoning blend is excellent. It is not too spicy so you can add as much heat as you want. What I **really** like about it is it does not have salt or MSG. It is so much easier to control the total sodium in the dish because there is no salt/MSG in the seasoning mix. I use this seasoning mainly for taco and fajita meat. I add a little flour during cooking to thicken it and I use the seasoning to taste.

This is one of the best blends of spices out there for making excellent chili in Texas! We used to use a product made by Gebhardt's and they stopped making it and we were lost without it. Well, this spice blend is as good or even better than what we used to rave about from Gebhardt's. I whole-heartedly recommend this to anyone who appreciates good chili and the value for the price is beh=yond excellent! You just can't go wrong with this product!
