We worked hard to make this fancy bread mix just right. We went through dozens of trials to get the perfect balance of ingredients. Only when our testers said it was perfect were we satisfied. This bread is great for meals, snacks, and sandwiches.

Each package contains one mix. Each bread mix makes a 1 1/2 pound-sized loaf. (Butter is not included)

If you make this bread in your bread machine, water temperature is critical. Please use a thermometer to measure water at exactly 80 degrees. A ten degree difference in water temperature can double the growth rate of the yeast. These bread mixes are satisfaction guaranteed when you use a thermometer.

Ingredients: Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), cultured skim milk (nonfat dry milk, cultured nonfat milk solids, and citric acid), sugar, sour cream (cream, cultures, and lactic acid), salt, yeast (yeast, monostearate), and dough conditioner for better baking (wheat flour, dextrose, soy flour, calcium salts, dicetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides, ethoxylated mono- and diglycerides, soy lecithin, ascorbic acid, L-cysteine monohydrochloride, fungal enzymes, azodicarbonamide, and calcium iodate). This product contains wheat, soy, and dairy products and may contain traces of eggs, peanuts, or tree nuts.

Best White Bread EVER - Hands down

I purchased a brand new bread machine and came across this website and purchased several mixes. Sour Cream white Gourmet Bread Machine mix was the first one I tried. IT IS AMAZING. We could not stop eating it. Moist, full of flavor, just perfect in every way. You can go wrong with this bread! Enjoy!

I made this for the first time when we had company for dinner. They couldn't get enough! It's so moist and flavorful. This is now our favorite white bread mix.

This bread baked into a beautiful loaf. Crust was perfect. The bread was moist and delicious. Fine by itself or with honey butter!!! Absolutely no complaints! Can't wait to try the Sour Cream Onion bread mix.

I thought I made a great white bread until I tried this mix. I've a;sp never had luck when I set up bread machine the night before, but this one came out picture perfect with the flavor to match.
