See how to make perfect dinner rolls in four easy steps using your bread machine or stand-type mixer.

You've worked for hours to make the perfect dinner.  Shouldn't you add fresh homemade rolls?

"These rolls are wonderful!"

Now make warm homemade cream potato rolls in four easy steps using your stand-type mixer or a bread machine.
  • Step 1: Mix the dough. Use the dough setting on your bread machine or the dough hook on your stand-type mixer. Mix for four minutes.
  • Step 2: Let it rise. Don't worry about the time; just let it rise until it's puffy and doubled in size.
  • Step 3: Form the rolls. Noting fancy here. Just form uniform balls by pulling the dough around the center and pinching the edges together on the bottom. Lay the rolls in a well-greased pan, cover with plastic and let rise until doubled.
  • Step 4: Let 'em bake. Bake for about 25 minutes in a 350 oven.

These are terrific rolls.  They are loaded with dairy and potatoes from Idaho.  They are so soft and rich that they will melt in your mouth and are an excellent complement to your hard-earned dinner.  Keep some on hand to make your next dinner perfect.

"Your mixes are the best."  --Gary in Minnesota
"Thanks for being so great to work with.  The mixes are AWESOME!" --JJ

Wonderful Dinner Rolls!!
Summer Hannah (Norman, OK) 12/28/2011 5:21 PM
We had these Christmas Day for dinner--our guest said that I must have the same homemade recipe as his mom and it made him feel like he was home again. We made them a day ahead and warmed them gently in the oven just before we sat down--they were melt- in-the mouth delicious! I was amazed at how easy it was to dump it in the bread maker while I did other chores, then rested off my feet while forming them to bake. We will definitely be getting these again!
