Try this wonderful gourmet dip by Elki with roasted garlic and creamy mozzarella cheese.

This versatile dip of roasted garlic blended with creamy mozzarella cheese, red chili peppers, paprika, and onions will be a hit every time.

Spread it on a roast beef sandwich or use it as a baked potato topping. Use it as a dip for chips or fries and a condiment for burgers. As a dip, this goes great with pretzels, celery sticks, broccoli, potato skins, bread sticks, and jalapeno peppers.

As with other Elki products, this dip is made with only the best ingredients.

Each glass jar contains 10 ounces. Refrigerate after opening.

Ingredients: Soybean Oil, water, eggs, mozzarella cheese (pasteurized part skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), white distilled vinegar, cheddar cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes), natural smoke flavor, salt, spices, lemon juice, high fructose corn syrup, cums (xanthan, guar), preservatives (sorbic acid, sodium benzoate), sodium alginate, sugar, calcium disodium edta (retains product freshness), red chili peppers, paprika, onions, molasses, garlic.

I tried a sample of this at a local cooking store before Christmas and loved it so much I bought two jars. Holiday company and parties wiped me out. The taste is very hard to describe. Mildly smoky (a natural smokiness and the right amount--no harsh chemical aftertaste.) The dip is thick enough to spread on toasted baguette slices or scoop with a salty corn chip. It is not runny. It is extremely delicious. Worth every penny. Will I order more? You bet! (When I tried to order after the local store's shelves continued to be bare and Prepared Pantry was also out, I emailed, asking when. Quick reply said soon; soon it was and now I am ready for a party.)
