USPS Postal Rates First class rates are available for packages under 13 ounces. Priority mail is available over 13 ounces. Parcel post and flat rate box shipping is also available. USPS estimates 1 to 2 days for first class mail, an average of 2 to 3 days for priority mail, and 2 to 9 days for parcel post. USPS does not guarantee delivery times.

Some rural areas take longer. FedEx picks up your package from and delivers it to your local post office. Your local post office then delivers it to you. Economy shipping is available for PO Boxes.
