We've used the Saigon cinnamon in a number of recipes, and we believe it to be the best cinnamon we've used yet. Just the aroma when you open the package makes your mouth water. We've made pork chops cooked with apples, onions, brown sugar and cinnamon, WOW the taste was incredible. Great product we love it.
