We tried several flavors and this was the root beer flavor we liked best. We use it in candy, candy popcorn, and in a root beer cake we make. We haven't tried it yet in homemade root beer but it should be fine.

You can depend on this product. This is a professional grade flavor that is particularly bright--a quality flavor. Marsden and Bathe flavors are not generally available to consumers and are much better than grocery store flavors.

We buy them directly from the producer in bulk and then bottle them ourselves to save you money. This comes in 2-ounce bottles, twice the size of those sold in the stores. Ounce for ounce, these are a much better buy.You get a great professional flavor at real savings.

I use this to make root beer float cupcakes. I put some in my cake batter and also in my frosting. Love it!
