Warranty, Return, and Refund Policy

If for any reason, within 90 days, you are not fully satisfied with your bread, cookie, dessert mixes, or other food product, we will replace the product entirely at our expense or provide a refund for the full purchase price less any discounts. Simply call our Customer Service Department at 1-866-745-7892. Because this is a food product and the producer has no control over handling, long-term storage conditions, or preparation methods, there are no additional warranties expressed or implied and liability is limited to a refund of the purchase amount or replacement of the product as set forth.

Regarding bread mixes, bread mixes designed for use in a bread machine are engineered for 80 degree water.  Please use a thermometer and measure your water carefully and you will have perfect bread every time.
