I am Italian and have been eating ravioli for over 50 years. About 30 years ago I got a pasta machine with a ravioli attachment. It was nothing but a "roll & swear" experience. Several years ago I bought one of these ravioli makers like the picture above and it was wonderful...no more swearing at the machine! So last year for Christmas...I bought 5 of them...one for each of my daughters and daughter-in-laws. Needless to say...there is nothing better than homemade ravioli and pure Italian sauce! Every household should have one!
