Prepared Pantry does it again. I LOVE these scone mixes, and this is one of my favorites. (Who am I kidding? They're ALL favorites!) This one has wonderful bits of dried raspberries, with just the right amount of white chocolate flavor, without being cloyingly sweet. These are a breeze to make, too. Very very easy, and worth the time.

The Raspberry White Chocolate scone mix makes the tastiest, flakiest scone I've ever baked/eaten! It is worth every calorie! It makes two circles of dough, which I cut before baking; it is a generous amount. I did have to add more liquid than what it states on the package.
