These cookies are delicious and are as beautiful as they are good. The raspberry chips melt in the baking process to make beautiful crimson bursts of color and flavor. You get a burst of bright, tart raspberry in every bite matched with smooth, rich gourmet white chocolate

This mix makes three to four dozen cookies. (Butter and eggs are not included.)

Ingredients: Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), white chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, whey powder, soya lecithin, and vanilla), sugar, oats, raspberry baking chips (sugar, vegetable oil (palm, palm kernel), wheat flour, corn syrup solids, malic acid, raspberry juice concentrate and puree, natural and artificial flavors, soy lecithin, sodium citrate, and red 40 lake), baking soda, baking powder, natural and artificial flavoring, and salt. This product contains wheat, soy, and eggs, and may contain traces of nuts or dairy products.

Great with Walnuts!

Bought several of your cookie mixes - love them all; however these were great but I did add walnuts to the mix mainly because I love nuts. Took some to work and every one just loved them too.

What else is there to say? These cookies blew my mind and as long as you follow the directions they turn out perfect! Dropping the perfect amount on the pan was easy with the pro cookie dropper I bought :)

Went to the store to pick up some supplies for bread making. Had one of these cookies which they had out for samples. Delicious!! Finally after a couple of days of telling my wife how good the cookie was, I am going back to buy some today.

We went in to the store today to pick up a wheat grinder. I came out with one of these in my stomach and another one in my hand. They were fresh from the oven, still warm, and one of the best things I have ever tasted, and I don't even really like white chocolate. But these, I could go for a few (dozen) more.
