The composition of these baking chips is similar to chocolate chips but instead of chocolate in a fat base, these are made with raspberry puree.  Instead of drops, these are made in cut pieces like chocolate cookie chunks.  They're made with real raspberry puree but they melt like chocolate chips.  You'll find beautiful splashes of crimson in everything you bake.
