Professional Food & Candy Colors

They say that Americolor gels are nine times more concentrated than those in the store.  I dont know how to measure that but they are more far concentrated.  But I like the colors and the choice of colors much better.  I used to use Wilton colors; now I use Americolor.Dennis Weaver
